1. Who we are

Lakshalgo.com (“Lakshalgo”, “we”, “us”) provides automated trading tools and a website that shows the results of three trading bots: Lakshalgo, Edge Finder and Trikuta. You can reach us at support@lakshalgo.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, country, phone number and a password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form).
• Agreement records: the time you accepted our Terms & Conditions, your certificate ID and the IP address used when you signed up.
• Trading-account access details (optional): the access details for your trading account, only if you choose to connect our software.
• Payment and verification details: the plan you choose and any payment proof you upload so we can confirm a payment.
• Technical data: basic request information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent abuse.

Trading-account access: if you choose to connect our software services to your broker or exchange account, you voluntarily share the access details needed for that connection, only after you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. We use them only to connect our software to the platform you selected, so that it can trade your account on your behalf as described in our Terms. We do not hold your funds and we do not have access to deposit or withdraw them. You can end the connection at any time by changing your access details with your broker or exchange, or by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How we use it

• To create and manage your account and let you sign in.
• To confirm payments and activate the services you ordered.
• To send service emails, such as account verification, password reset and your Terms acceptance certificate.
• To keep the platform secure and to meet legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, such as web hosting, our database provider and our email-sending provider, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

5. YouTube API Services

Our own automation tools use the YouTube API Services to upload a short daily results video to the official Lakshalgo YouTube channel. This is done by a private tool, with the channel owner’s authorization, and only for our own channel.

• The tool uses only the YouTube upload function. It does not read, collect or store information about other YouTube users, their viewing, comments or channel data.
• By using our YouTube content you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• You can review and revoke any access that a Google account has granted to apps at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

6. How long we keep it and how to delete it

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active and as long as the law requires us to keep records, for example of agreements and payments.

Deleting your data: you can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time by emailing support@lakshalgo.com from the email address on your account. We will confirm the request and delete the data we are not legally required to keep.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To do so, email us at the address above.

9. Children

Our services are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy
